Reporting of Possible Illegal, Unethical or Improper Conduct

There is also an unquestionable expectation of doing business in an ethical and legal manner as documented in Crown's Code of Conduct. This applies to our service partners as well as our colleagues. If you know, or even just suspect, something unethical or non-compliant (reference Crown’s Code of Conduct) is happening or has happened in the past you should report your findings using the following form. The Ethics and Compliance Hotline is designed to protect your confidentiality, and your anonymity, if requested. If you choose this option, we will not be able to contact you after the form has been submitted or give you any update on the outcome. It is important, therefore, that you provide us with as much detail as you can when you submit your report. Crown prohibits retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, reports a possible violation or who participates in an investigation, even if sufficient evidence is not found to substantiate the concern. Crown will take appropriate action against any individual determined to be engaging in retaliatory conduct. All submissions result in an alert to Crown’s Chief Risk Officer only.
